Refund & Return Policy
At Names N’ Numbers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized jerseys and apparel (including names, numbers, patches, or other custom printing).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to exchange the item, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by us.
