At Names N’ Numbers, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
- Custom or personalized items may require 3–7 business days before shipping.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:
- Standard Shipping: 7–28 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are flat rated at $5 USD
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Names N’ Numbers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist by providing any shipping information you may need.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
